Nationwide ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE!
Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is non existent - no one can help you and actually no one wants to help you. They cannot think out the box, just what the computer says. Frustrating is an understatement. They are just happy to take your money.
Wouldn't let me port my mortgage so they took £6,000 from me for early redemption! They wouldn't take my situation into account at all. They could have helped me but they chose not to. I would have been giving them more money as I wanted to increase my mortgage. How can companies be getting away with that?
Be very careful of these absolute sharks!
