We have been using Firefly for the last 5 years and have had no problems until July 2016. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for our hire car, with very unhelpful staff and was then informed our hire car was at the returns end of the car park - some walk away with no apology whatsoever. Surely in this day and age all information could be recorded on line before collection - driver details, optional insurance etc... then all Firefly would have to do is check the info when you arrived which I am sure would speed up the process.
Also, they must know how many people are going to be arriving at any one time as you have to give the flight number at the time of booking.
TOTAL CHAOS - will not be using again.
