This is a nightmare broker to deal with. Their partner did not have a car for us Italy. We had to rent from different agency the next day and had to pay AGAIN for our car rental. Trying to get back the charges for this second rental and the costs for a taxi is proofing to be a nightmare. Car Del Mar do not seem to understand that the contract is between us the buyer and Car Del Mar and not the rogue rental agency (joyrent.it). The claim's process is set up in order to frustrate the client to no end. You need to input everything on its website. Once it is inputted the agency has 7 days to look at your claim. (this is not stated anywhere). Furthermore, if you contact them again online the 7 days countdown starts again!!! Calling them is useless as you only get to speak to a hopeless agent in the reservation department as the poor people in the complaints department apparently do not have phones! It is impossible to speak to an agent who is actually handling your claim.
I can only repeat myself do not ever use this broker for car rental.
