“Avoid ikea if possible ”

IKEA use a company call breezemount to do they deliveries and you got to see it to believe it!
If you would like your delivery of fragile products dropped and broken these are the men for you. There was two delivery men one could speak very little English which made explaining impossible for both me and is coworker. The delivery man who could speak English explained they didn't have enough time to do deliveries probably as ikea only aloud a small amount of time for each delivery, he also said he could just leave everything outside but if I wanted it inside it would probably get damaged as he would have to do it quickly. Honestly it's better to avoid and save yourself a lot of problems. Hopefully ikea will look for a better company to do they deliveries as what they got now is pointless. I told these delivery man I was going to complain to ikea about how bad the service is but the reply was we work for the agency and don't care what happens to ikea! My advice if you need anything from ikea rent a van and collect yourself, delivery is not worth the trouble.
