“Worst customer service”

I will never fly Air Canada again. In Toronto, Delays followed by a cancelled flight. Rebooked for the next day, but no hotel voucher, no airport food voucher. Nonsense! Customer service people are no help and not nice about it. They told me to go the third floor of the airport to sleep. Third floor has almost no carpeting and the benches have armrests.

Similar story for my flight out, delays followed by an aircraft that took off and then we had to return to airport due to mechanical issue. Then the crew times out so we waited a total of 6 hours. I got $20 in airport voucher. No restaurants open so junk food only.

I won't book another flight on AC. I recommend you avoid it too.
