R crossley or rc legal through conveyancy warehouse is the worst experience i've ever had buying a property! Do not instruct these jokers!!!! I got a quote of £480 to do my conveyance for a cheap auction property which was very cheap... The final bill was £1224, i asked why my bill was 300% more than the original quote and still have no answer to this. The manager was rude as he ignored my complaint and kept on talking over me. I had to pull out of the sale and find another firm. Despite the no purchase no fee guarantee, they still want to charge me and haven't refunded me yet! They were very slow and the other solicitors firm made a complaint as they had 4 weeks, but they had the cheek to blame me for their incompetence. Do not use this firm as they are very dishonest and their fees are the highest i've ever seen. They charged £228 extra because it was a leasehold property. 300% which is £800 extra on my final bill and no valid explanation??? Stay away from them, i went through conveyancy warehouse for a quote which turned out to be 300% more. They behave like a nasty and low down car dealer, i was shocked! Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid i wish i read the reviews first!!!! Absolute rubbish!!!!!!
