I have been with EMS on our website design and hosting for around 10 years some of the experiences with them were very frustrating,and in cases threatening. Every call seemed to have a price tag with no percieved benefit. Several times I seriously considered moving,but was this from the frying pan into the fire in this fast moving and cash devouring industry? I had heard of website companies rising and falling never to be heard of again. I had made suggestions to improve their offering and customer service, but as usual no body listening who could impliment.
My Aunty always says "Sayin it is nae daein it son" No truer word.
However I stuck it out; maybe through indecision on my part in a world where I know little.
However, earlier this year I had seen a surprising turn around in attitude to customers needs. This maybe the result of strengthning of investor base or change in structure or senior management I dont know.
However, I can now say my waining faith was restored in early 2016.
My upgraded website has been launched and a SEO agreement renewed. I would not have done this had I not believed in the renewed focus and efforts of the team at EMS.
The staff have been very cooprative in recent months and now go that extra mile success demands.
One message for the team, keep at it. 'Cash might be King', but the Queen has inner strength and more flexiblity, and that is why Kings need Queens.
You may wonder why I said NO to the question on recommending a friend. For me that needs a big commitment. However, should anyone have doubt over EMS Internet I would be happy to give that at an appropriate time in the future but for now YES.
On value it is a competitive world.
