This Company have let us down in so many ways. We had a boiler fitted by them in May 2015, the old one was taken out of the bathroom and a Worcester Bosch put in it's place, unbeknown to us it is against regulations to fit a new one in the bathroom. We went to get it serviced in April this year (2016) and was refused a service by local technician until certain things were made good with it i.e. boxed in for safety concerns, condense pipe should have been finished in the drain, copper pipe should go into the boiler and the flexible oil line should be inside the boiler. Plus Form CD/10 should have been issued as proof of installation, Form CD/11 should have also been issued when the boiler was commissioned (which wasn't). So, today I've been on the telephone yet again waiting to get through for three quarters of an hour. They never get back to us and we have been let down so many times when promised to be here to do it. Next stop trading standards. So angry.
