“Go somewhere else”

Delayed flights, lost baggage, had to make alternative arrangements kept all the receipts thinking i would get something back ? €000000
There must be better insurance out there, you will be on the phone for ever and a sweet talking gentleman will tell you he will sort it our for you, forget that. For such a long established company like the AA i was disappointed. I won't be renewing my insurance here.
