“Terrible company”

I ordered a bed-base, mattress and headboard from this company. They delivered a bed-base, no sign of a mattress or headboard. The bed-base was the wrong size and of very shoddy construction. When I called them I was on hold for 30 minutes, when I finally spoke to someone they were disnterested and rude and said I would have to sort the problem out myself with the manufacturer. I then asked for a refund, as I have no interest in spending weeks playing phone tag and sitting on hold trying to chase up. They refused to supply a refund, so I'm chasing via paypal and trading standards.

The bed was ordered from beds.co.uk which is run by 'Furniture Italia', company name Giomani Designs Ltd.

Avoid them, this is a badly-run company with no customer service and shoddy products.
