My comments are based more on the consultant rather than what we have purchased, because what we purchased was quite confusing to be honest, having to set up another email address for our replies to go to, as well as purchasing another number, and the replies just not automatically go back to the person who sent the texts from our company in the first please.
I/we are not very IT at all, so this took a while to sort out, however, because of his help, speaking with our IT guys and Bond for us to help sort the issue, and all his patience, it finally got sorted...he deserves a bonus for putting up with us!
