“credit where credit is due”

We took out Co-operative car insurance for the first time this February. Unfortunately we were involved in a no fault rta at the end of March. We can not fault the way the Co-Op insurers have dealt with our claim. They have been efficient, polite and have kept us up to date all the way through. A big thank you to all the staff who were involved, customer services (who did provide what they really should, but don't always),being a first class service to us the customers. We hope to be renewing our policy with them for many years to come.
