I ordered a bottle of 50 year old wine for a friend's 50th from Wine Memories and having been relieved of £60 for the pleasure I've heard nothing from them since. I've emailed them 3 times (I really should have taken notice of the lack of a phone number...) and have been confronted with deafening silence.
At one point I'd assumed they may have stopped trading, but then I checked with my credit card company and payment had been collected. I've obviously cancelled the transaction
Based on my experiences you'd be mad to have anything at all do with Wine Memories. My worst e-commerce experience - EVER!
