“Well done to your drivers”

A difficult nightmare for your (SH 032) Southampton to London Victoria driver on Friday 1/7/16 09:30 London being at a standstill with many of the customers on board putting pressure on the driver to let them off, quite rightly he dealt with them in a polite but firm way. well done driver for ensuring the safety of your passengers above anything else.
The return journey Sunday 03/07/16 10:30 also had the same problem but both when leaving London and trying to get into Southampton, so this driver had a double whammy to deal with, having found a less popular way out of London he managed to make time & put him back on target to arrive on time, only for a fun run in Southampton to create closed roads & having to do an emergency brake and manoeuvre dealing with a idiot trying to do a U turn his first question to the passengers was 'is everyone ok'. OK yes we did get in about 20 mins late but without this drivers efforts it could have easily been an hour or more. PLEASE PASS ON A BIG THANK YOU TO BOTH DRIVERS.
