“Cruise booking with Iglu”

Initial booking with Iglu excellent. Then a query arose so I rang customer services to ask for help in sorting it out, to be told they couldn't that I would have to contact the cruise line (Celebrity) myself to sort it. Which I did!! I have to ask who is the agent here them or me. After this experience I would not book with them again.
