Superb service from the team at Fidler & Pepper. They dealt with the sale of one property in 1 name only, plus the purchase of a property in 2 names and there were no problems tying the legalities together.

Because they're online, everything was dealt with by email which made the process very fast and very efficient. The 24 hour online tracking system was brilliant, enabling us to see exactly what was going on. They also send a text message and email when important paperwork has been received and needs attention.

You get the direct phone number of the person dealing with your case as opposed to the general reception number, so when we called, we got through to the person we needed to rather than get passed from pillar to post to find someone who could help.

Fidler & Pepper were fast, efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. We would never use a "traditional" conveyancing service again. We can't recommend them highly enough.
