If you want decent Customer experiance DO NOT RENT HERE!

When we picked up the keys for our property it was in a state, fleas visible en masse to the naked eye, Mould everywhere, mess everywhere and the smell was horrendous. Not to mention the flooding outside. When we called to complain we were simply told it is not our problem, contact the landlord, who in turn said Your Move should do it. In the end we sorted it ourselves. The property was falsely advertised as having a private courtyard, which came to a head when the landlord had a go at us via entering the property without our permission or prior warning. When we complained to Your Move we were simply told we would get a call back, when this didn't happen we went to take it further only to be told by the manager it was up to us to sort it. When we left we had two months left on the property (all paid for) and was told we wouldn't be getting these back. We are now having no luck trying to get our deposit back due to this attitude of the company. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL! VERY DISAPPOINTING! There was no inventory done, no help given and very rude attitudes! As a first time renter, we were very unhappy with our experience. Would avoid like the plague from now on and will not even consider looking at their sales team after this treatment. When we buy a house we will most definitely be going elsewhere!
