Good Points
Good food, good travel office.

Bad Points
The room is very small, not possible for 3 people to stay there.
The extra bed, that I've paid for was ridiculous, I got no sleep there for 4 nights.
The electric did'nt work, I've call assistance 8-10 times in 4 days.
The harbour view is on the port, not on the Hong Kong skyline and Victoria's Peak, that everyone know.

General Comments
I've booked Harbour Plaza Hotel on the Internet, an executive room in club floor with harbour view: very expensive accomodation.

The customer assistance was comic, some gifts that sounds like an offence, and a ridiculous purpose of discount, that I've refused.

No way: 5 star hotel, 5 star prices, 2 star assistance, 1 star answer, 0 stars problem solving.
