“Customer service slow and do not offer a proper...”

I have had a claim cancelled and followed all their rules they take months to look into a declined cashback claim and do not offer a valid explanation best not to take the deals they are offering seriously but only buy if you need the product anyway.
I noticed a one day deal deposit and wager £20 with a casino website through Topcashback and receive £50 seemed too good to be true but a previous transaction had gone trough ok with another site so took up the offer. Three months later declined the £50 merchant claims I had not met their wagering requirements. I deposited and wagered £20 at the time of registering. I have contacted them again as they clearly stated the offer which I followed to the letter. Two months late still no joy is there anything I can do? In the future I will never use them or less I was going to buy the item anyway. Why they take so long is beyond me?
