On leaving our car with Maple Manor driver, he failed to tell us that it was very important to remove our house keys from the set. This was not something we thought about so early in the morning, but it was a serious omission on his part.
When we returned to Gatwick we tried to call having collected our baggage, but no one answered the phone. We made our way to the car park and then we were told it would take half an hour for the car to arrive. By this time we may as well have gone to a long term car park, saving ourselves a considerable amount of money. When the car arrived, the indicator on the dashboard said it had been running for 10 minutes, proving that it had taken more than 20-25 minutes before a driver even accessed the car.
Will never use this service again, and will warn others off.
