AVOID THIS AGENCY! Booked a hotel through this agency. what a nightmare.



They lied about the room availability at the time of booking. Withdrew full amount of payment from my a/c straight away but no receipt or booking reference number given to me till i chased them. They then called me next day to say the room I booked is not available! I called the hotel directly and they had no knowledge of my booking. I tried to cancel the booking with the agent and they had a nerve to say i will not get the money back.



This agency is NOT suitable for busy professionals with little time. They are so unreliable I'd rather pay more to avoid this agency.
