“Shocking customer service”

I used very for a while and ran up an account of around 500 pounds, Then paid back the minimum payment. It wasn't long until the interest became a concern so I phoned customer services. There was a language barrier to overcome but we got there and the lady explained that my account was set up for take 3 payments now and there would be no more interest! This turned out to be a complete lie! I emailed to explain what had happened and they were completely reluctant to even try to help! All they did was appolagise and tell you that they pride themselves in customer service! Apparently they keep no call logs on when my account was accessed etc and I would need to do all the work finding out times dates of phone calls. Was a complete waste of time. I regret ever using the company as do many of my friends and I would urge everyone to stay away
