“Terrible Customer Service”

Called up Talkmobile about 2 months ago and asked for a full charge of the cancellation. They gave me a full price of £64, which seemed reasonable. Called up and cancelled 2 months later and had to pay £42, again seemed reasonable only to be hit with a charge of £15 that wasn't mentioned on the previous call. Not sure who's the idiot. Them or me for choosing them. Thank god that's over and done with. Hopefully I've chosen better this time round. If you're cancelling your contract I'd make sure the Direct Debit is cancelled.
