Good Points
The cleaning staff where nice.

Bad Points
Staff haven't got a clue my son broke his arm in the arcade and they didn't seem to care. The staff didn't even no how to fill an accident form out, they never came the next day to the chalet to see how he was.
The Queen Vic Pub was so hot & stuffy you wern't comfortable at all. There was one bar staff working and you had to wait half an hour to get served.
The restaurant was dirty no napkins, the breakfast was fried and you would get heart disease just looking at it.
The bed in the chalets were disgusting springs you wouldn't believe it I couldn't move the next day.

General Comments
Never again wouldn't recommend Pontins at Hemsby its not very nice! We only managed 3 days and left. It was awful
