“terrible company - AVOID!!”

Zalando is a really bad company. They use a terrible delivery company and have appalling customer service. I have ordered from them several times because I liked the stuff they sell but the service from them is so bad I decided not to order from them again and warn other people about the truly terrible service they offer their customers!
