Dear Madam/Sir,
 for my bad luck went to the Car phone warehouse - Meadowhal, Sheffield showroom on 2012 December to see if I can buy an unlocked phone because I wanted to gift the same to my friend's son. One of the customer care assistant persuaded me to go for a monthly payment scheme as it will be profitable for me and she said she will give a free simcard which I do not have to use. And she clearly said that the payment will come to an end by December 2014 and the total I will have to pay is only 24 x£7.50.  I said I am not bothered about the sim and she said if you don't want do not use it just discard it. I thought I can pay the mobile price over a period of 24 months which will be convenient and due to her repeated persuading nature I went for it. Now I realized that it was a proper trap. She might have made some money as commission/reached her target - and she put me into deep trouble.
Because there were lots of transactions in my personal bank account and many a times my account was over drawn, I did not notice that the payment of £7.5 kept going from my account after Jan 2015.

TALK MOBILE took money more than a year from my account without my permission. When I realized the money is going still from my account, I cancelled the direct debit. I immediately rang talk mobile and try to talk to them but they kept me on hold and hold for too long around an hour, with only IVR music to listen. Now I realised that they are trying to still take money out from account and also my name is appearing on the credit file.

When I rang up 10th May 2016 I got through and talked to a lady around 6.30pm. She said that I had to ring them to cancel the mobile contract which was to finish in December 2014. The sales person who sold me the mobile never told me about this and, where I was ready to pay the full amount, she mislead and tricked me signing this contract. I Have never used this number to make a single call with this number which proves what I said earlier, that I went only for a handset and not for a connection, beyond doubt.

I really feel DEPRESSED AND DISAPPOINTED due to TALK MOBILES unscrupulous behaviour. I am not even able to concentrate in my work due to this issue and often get disturbed and affects even my family life. I feel that I was absolutely cheated and because TALK MOBILE have my bank details in record, they took money off my account without my permission. I am now scared to deal with similar companies and give out my personal and bank details.

I was living in Sheffield when I bought this phone and in 2014 September I moved. All these days TALK MOBILE never send me a letter or reminder to tell me that you are continuing taking money out of my account. Not a single communication I received from you either address. I am still accessible to any letter comes to me at the first house as this house is owned by my business partner and friend. I can get a written confirmation about this if needed.

Even after 30 days of sending a mail to TALK MOBILE they have not bothered to ring me or communicate to me till date.
