“Failed to show up twice”

I called PC Call out a couple of days ago. The engineer didn't turn up and when I called to find out why I was told that he had gone off duty. This was at 11.30 am. They apologised, offered me a 10% discount and gave me a slot for 9.00 am the next day. Again no show so I called again and was promised a return call as soon as the representative had contacted the engineer.

The engineer called me half an hour later. He had just been assigned and said that he could be with me around 11.00 am. I could barely understand him as his English was of bad.

Called the number again and was told that if I didn't like it...

Then I contacted the live chat who apologised but still haven't gotten back to me!

I have taken my business elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs!!!
