I reserved a trip from Providence RI to New York City for two people early in the morning.

I then reserved a trip from New York back to Providence.

Megabus decided that I had reserved a trip for two people to take two seats each on the bus from Providence to New York and had no intention of returning.

Their response to my attempts to resolve the obvious mistake.

1. You need to read our terms of sale
2. We got you, too bad, your money is lost, cough up if you want to get home.

I will never use their service again.

I'd rather walk
