I bought tickets to the concert (excellent seating within 10 rows was promised). our tickets were 9th row side on to stage. we had poor view of stage, even the large display screen were pointing away from us. totally spoilt the occasion paid over £300 for 2 tickets. My own fault should by tickets when on public sale, not through greedy ticket agents. Do you homework before you buy. will not be using again in a hurry. Nice French bistro in Cardiff though
