“They keep my £585 for the online return.”

I bought a £585 drone from Currys online shop. By the time it arrived I changed my mind and decided to go for even more expensive option so I have called the Currys customer service the same minute the original drone came and organized the return by next day courier collection. It is now 2 weeks since the £585 drone has been collected and there is no sign of the refund. Called customer service and they confirmed they received the item back next day (2 weeks ago) and processing the return. And this is the answer every time I call them. Considering now small claims court as this is ridiculous that such a big company is holding of to my £585 for 2 weeks and keep their item too. Will never ever buy from this unprofessional and ignorant people!!!
