“TERRIBLE COMPANY”

Needless to say I am glad that I did not pursue a trip to Ghana this month with Lattitude. They have misled me greatly and refused to tell me the truth about volunteers who have gone out previously and had horrifying experiences and were not looked after! It is a hefty fee to pay for a few emails, phone calls and a visit to see how you are getting on, do some paperwork then leave again. They do not follow policies or procedures correctly. They now refuse to issue me with a refund despite the fact that they refused to issue me with relevant and potentially life saving info! Yes I did trust Lattitude from the start and was happy/satisfied with them until I realised that they were misleading me and trying to sell me off rather than be concerned for my health and welfare whilst out in Ghana. It is clear that the only thing they wish to protect is their brand/name. They do not look after their volunteers!

Stay well away. They only want your money.
