Even though some of my items didn't arrive (by fault of Royal Mail) the person I dealt with was straight on the problem to get it sorted out. I am absolutely in love with my new bag and really looking forward to receiving my wallet and gift from them (which I wasn't aware of because it was removed from my sealed parcel along with my wallet). This is the difference between a good company and a GREAT company! It's how they deal with issues even if it's beyond their control.
