The CanvasOnSale website did not allow the sale prices that were announced in an email promotion. I did not receive help or satisfaction from either the online chat or a phone call with a representative. Sure makes me think that the email was an intentional bait-and-switch activity.

Crazy me, I placed a small order---guess what? No email confirmation of the purchase! Is there any hope that I will get my order?
