“I can't believe the number of exclusions this company...”

I can't believe the number of exclusions this company has. I was hit by an avalanche and broke my neck. Unsurprisingly I didn't report a lost glove and goggles at that time and in that condition, but that means I can't claim for them. Likewise, my brother's taxi ride from the hospital to the resort is excluded.
