“OMG Just Awful!”

After leaving my wife and kids at the carousel I thought I would save time by picking up the hire car. I was met at the airport by the coach driver and put my computer and hand luggage in the back. My wife called to find out where I was and I tried to explain but she was lost. The driver said to collect my family, I returned 3 minutes later to find him gone! As you can imagine I was furious, he had left me there outside the terminal, less my bags and computer! Needless to say a few very angry calls ensued. Cut to the rental, they charged me 40 euro service charge(non refundable) for filling up the tank and 77 euro for the fuel. The 77euro was refundable if I returned the car with fuel. I was also charged an extra 18 euro per day insurance. I should have read the small print but who does? So feeling completely ripped off I went on holiday returning one week later with an undamaged car. Dealing with the unpleasant disinterested staff was one thing but when they told me I had to pay more for extra cleaning, there was some sand on the carpet!!!! OMG can this experience get any worse. DO NOT USE DEL PASO!!!! Do yourself a favour go with a reputable hire company with a reputation they care about. If it seems too good to be tru, it REALLY is. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!
