We moved to the US 1 month ago. GBLiners seemed reputable and moved out items from our home. We paid in full for the move with the exception of duties incurred by customs. That is fair. GB Liners contracted the remaining portion of our move to an American removals company. On the 24th I received an email to say that our good had arrived at a hub 60 miles from our new home and that we would be contacted the next day to deliver. We were not contacted again until June 1. On the 1st of June they said that whilst they had our goods, they would not deliver our goods until June 8. In addition, we would have to pay them an additional $1000 because they could not deliver sooner. They also stated that GB Liners instructed them to charge us for the extra time our goods were in customs. Our goods were in Customs 7 days, but no fines were incurred. 7 days is a standard amount of time. We have contacted GB Liners twice. They refuse to email us. They will not respond to anything at all. AVOID AT ALL COST BECAUSE THEY LEAVE YOU TO YOUR OWN DEVICES ONCE YOUR GOODS LEAVE THE UK AND LET THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS RIP YOU OFF AND HOLD YOUR GOODS FOR RANSOM!
