“Broken chair.”

Waited 6 weeks for conservatory furniture. 2 days after delivery, we had visitors a friend sat in the chair (he had had knee surgery 4 weeks previously) chair collapsed, piece of wood holding seat was really rough and split right down the middle, screws holding this wood were not long enough. Have waited a further 5 weeks for replacement chair and I've had to do the e mailing to them, still have to wait a further 2 weeks for delivery of replacement chair. Product rubbish, service from Rattan non existant.
