“Incompetent and poor customer service”

Express24 service at £5.75
1st attempt failed and driver did not leave a card.
2nd attempt failed with parcel loaded onto van and then back to depot, no attempt to deliver, so no card - have to call - no explanation.
Try to organise re-delivery to post office - failed
3rd attempt, failed, despite telling staff over the phone that I would not be home, and requesting delivery to local post office. Staff says they will call to confirm. No call Instruction ignored.
4th attempt.. parcel on its way home... despite call asking delivery to post office. Go figure
Several calls to local depot which promised calling back but never did!
Pointless response via Twitter...
Worse than My Hermes or Yodel.
