“Smooth and Hassle Free Experience”

This was my first foray into personal leasing and so was naturally apprehensive. I submitted an initial enquiry and was contacted very quickly. The leasing consultant took me through everything I needed to know and communicated quickly and clearly with me through the whole process. All in all it probably took mere business hours to go from enquiry to having my order processed, my finance approved and a delivery date confirmed. Email communication was plentiful and responses were really quick. Telephone calls I made to confirm my understanding of details were answered quickly and if the leasing consultant I dealt with was not available, someone else happily answered my concerns.
As many of us are these days, I was sceptical about whether the car would arrive as promised and on time. I need not have worried. The driver delivering the vehicle called me, as they said he would, about an hour before he arrived. The handover was quick and painless. The only down-side to the whole experience was that the delivery driver was not the most verbose or upbeat fellow in the world. Getting a new car is an exciting experience and I would have liked the driver to have shown that same enthusiasm, whether he felt it or not. Hardly a deal breaker though.
After delivery I still had a few questions, and unlike a lot of places that flog you a car and then pretend you don't exist, Nationwide continue to be helpful and attentive.
I'm really impressed and will happily continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.
