“Love the clothes - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!”

I have been ordering from Gudrun Sjoden for about 2 years now, and really love the clothes. I think I wear something Gudrun at least 3 times a week. With that said, I wish I lived closer to NY, because their mail order is a nightmare, and customer service is literally the worst I have ever experienced. To clarify, I'm not picky. I can be patient, and I understand that the occasional mistake happens. As long as it's fixed, I'm fine. I cannot even remember the last time I took the time to write a negative review of anything.

The first time I ever ordered, I ordered a tunic, but they sent me the long dress version. When I called, they said they no longer had the tunic in stock, so I said I would just keep the dress. Their rep was very rude and said I could only keep it if I paid the $5 difference. I was kind of in shock, since it obviously would have cost them more if I chose to return it, but I stupidly gave her my CC number and let her charge me.

Over the last couple years, I have had a variety of problems with their customer service. From the wrong size being sent, to no notification at all when an item was backordered, to long waits for refunds, to calling literally 10 times and being completely unable to get a human being on the phone, regardless of how long I waited on hold. But my most recently experience has me just livid. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a refund, and have been unable to get anyone on the phone about it. Their email person just keeps writing and saying it's being "processed," with no other explanation. I have asked for a direct number for a manager to speak with, but they haven't given me one. I am so angry and disgusted - especially as a regular customer. They are literally keeping my refund hostage. It's outrageous, because they have confirmed that they received my return, confirmed that they owe me the refund, and all they have to do is send it to paypal. I have refunded money myself through paypal - it takes literally 2 minutes to do. They're just taking from me at this point.
