All is well with Expedia until they mess something up on your booking and then you have to spend 5 hours trying to get it fixed to be told that $800.00 of your money will be held up for 5-10 business days and they are only willing to compensate a $50.00 credit to be used for a future booking for the time and inconvenience. Customer service was terrible and not understanding at all. They showed absolutely no remorse for their mistake of booking my reservation three times instead of once. They at one point even told me they were going to make me pay the penalty fees for cancelling the other two reservations that they double booked. Bottom line is that I would not recommend using Expedia. Just call the hotel directly... they usually will match or beat the Expedia rate anyways.
