I bought tickets for an event/concert for my mother for Christmas. She lost the tickets and I emailed their customer service to find out what could be done. I received an automated reply, that basically said that they received my email and would get back to me promptly. That was over a month ago and no one has responded yet. I called the phone number and was put on hold a number of times and was eventually told someone would email me soon with what we can do to resolve this issue. They never called or emailed. I called back today and they basically said there is nothing they can do. I would find a company that is better able to resolve problems in a timely matter the next time I buy tickets.
