I received an email from dial direct on 5th May 2016 at 21:20 stating thank you for renewing your insurance. I tried phoning them but unfortunately they had closed. I phoned the next day to say that I had not instructed them to renew my insurance. That said that they had emailed me previously. Unfortunatly I do not check my emails every day and receive lots of relive the emails from companies trying to sell stuff I missed it. I explained that I had already renewed my insurance with another company. The operator said that they would cancel my insurance under duel insurance and that I did not need it. I was happy with this but have found that they have taken the money from my account anyway.
I have contacted my card company to rectify this problem.
Totally disgusted that they did not do what they said they would do.
