Pre-ordered the PC version of Dark Souls 3 7 weeks in advance of the release date of April 11th, only to have it canceled on the 23rd of May without any reason given. This coming after chasing them up several times and being told it was on special order... The responses from their customer service can take up to 48 hours and when they do respond they are generic copy and paste answers that are entirely unhelpful.
