“Do not waste your time or money”

Do not give them your money.

Seapets advertise products that they do not stock. They do not advertise this and do not email this to you either. What they do,do is take payment from you instantly. You get get an email saying this but that's where the communication ends. You get no further correspondence what so ever. They have your money and are not at all bothered if they deliver the goods or not.
Try ring going them and it takes days to get through, I wonder why?...
When you do get through you get fobbed off, oh it will be despatched within 3 days, oh, we are expecting a delivery from one of our stores. They must have training on the list if excuses. So when they eventually say you can have your money back, oh that will take 2 weeks. 2 weeks, we all know that money transfers happen instantly now. Another fob off.
Please do not give them any money for their retirement fund.
