“Poppy's saviour (and mine)”

I took out Vetsure inurance after picking up a leaflet at my vet, I thought if my vet recommended then it must be good, (I didn't shop around looking for cheaper, in my experience you get what you pay for and an Insurnace company is only as good as how they deal with claims)never thinking that I would need to use it. As far as I am concerned insurance is something you take out and hope you never need. When Poppy needed blood testes, x rays, scans, it was a relief to know that I had Insurance cover. The claim was settled promptly. When I needed to speak to customer services they were courtious and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
