“lost my returned parcel & denied responsibility”

Avoid Viovet. Just go elsewhere, there are so many alternatives to this awful company. I sent back some products not fit for purpose & they lost the parcel ! The courier has shown delivery, but Viovet are denying all responsibility. I am left without products & my money. Absolutely apalling, just avoid !
