“Exceptional service & Quality”

Following placing my order I was advised that the item I had chosen had been discontinued. However a member of the Envie team contacted me and offered a slightly different item and provided me with a photo and full details together with an offer on the same. I ordered the item and it was delivered within 3 days. The item is really good quality and fits perfectly. It is great to come across a company whose staff try to assist the customer with such a personal touch. Any queries I had were resolved quickly and smoothly. Well done to all at Envie.
