“Worst Travel Insurance Company”

My Father died suddenly in the UK while we were on holiday in Spain October 2015. We sent copies all the relevant documents for our claim, including a copy of my Fathers death certificate.
One of the delaying tactics of this company was 'this is a very busy time for us’, some were completely inconceivable, questions regarding my Fathers actual death. We had to obtain written confirmation from my Fathers GP that his death was unexpected! After six months of to-ing and fro-ing our claim was begrudgingly settled.
We would not touch this company with a barge pole.
