“Terrible service”

Received letter asking to ring with details of new prepaid certificate which I did only to find they then wanted a photo of prepaid certificate emailed. No mention of this in letter but did as asked and received an acknowledgement of receipt. Nearly three months later got contacted to say they had no details on record and wanted another copy sent, no apologies. Takes 7 to 10 days to receive a prescription from day of request. Complained by email about duplicate request for information only to find them repeating that they need a copy of certificate and haven't got one. Changed back to local chemist where order arrives in two days and they are competent.
